Hired to write the copy for a new sales page, I was immediately made project manager for the entire website remodel.

I drafted all copy and UX design for:

• The new website (WordPress & Ontraport)

• ALL new emails (lead campaigns, paid customer journey, newsletters via Ontraport)

• Customer service emails

• A new blog

• A global event with Unify.org

• A weekly global live-stream

• Events

• Online course and training sales pages

• Social media (+ graphics)

I also created the content calendars, curated to the target market, for:

• email

• social media

• blog

My work as the project manager transitioned into the role of COO. This included the role of admin. assistant for the CEO and her summit, podcast interviews, etc. I worked closely with graphic designers and coders around the world, the World Tapping Circle team in Texas, and the global audience.

In essence, I kept the CEO and team on task and on target for the company’s bigger picture short-term and long-term goals plus organized and guided all of the details that would get them there.
