First hired to improve the copy and UX of an online course landing page, my role expanded to:

• consultant on business strategy

• marketing and content director

• the first-and-final eyes on every digital and printed deliverable

  (Meaning: content writing, copywriting, and editing for weekly newsletters, weekly blog posts, course sales, manuals, and presentations, customer service email templates, PR cold emails, and more)

My latest role additions are:

• project manager on a full website redesign (examples below)

• developmental editor to a book

• editor to a new podcast

Here’s a little more about my work with this client…

My Roles:

As the project manager and sole copywriter, content writer, editor, and SEO, I worked closely (and 100% remotely) with a small team: a virtual assistant in the Philippines, a graphic designer in Hawaii, the owner in Australia, and IT support in India. We communicated through Slack and Loom, with the occasional one-on-one Zoom meeting between me and the client.

Besides driving lead gen. and sales, I produce every deliverable with the simultaneous goal of positioning the client as the leading expert in her niche through SEO, PR, and marketing.

Target Market:

Our target market is mainly across Australia and the United States, with devoted repeat clients across Europe, Central America, and in countries like India and South Africa.

The demographic is a highly sensitive adult struggling to navigate trauma, awakening, finding their purpose, and the like.

As such, all branding — in design and verbiage — has to express safety, reliable hope, and gentle, approachable support that has proven its effectiveness. I lead the team in creating and ensuring every aspect of the user journey perfectly meets this need for the client’s ideal customers.

Software:

This client’s business runs on WordPress, Active Campaign, MailChimp, and Kajabi. I’m an expert in all of them.
