I worked with Island Yoga, the largest yoga center in the Caribbean, during its first 2 years of business.

My focus was on seamlessly connecting multicultural communications within website development, copywriting and editing, program team collaboration, and managing the online customer relations team.

I notably developed or improved:

• Message comprehension to a global audience;

• On-brand voice;

• Top-quality project and program deliverables;

• Exemplary customer rapport.

I also played an integral role in the launch of a top-chart podcast, including webpage development and writing weekly ad copy (used by the producers as examples for other podcasts).

Working for this social media influencer required constant multitasking and effective communication between team members, followers, press, and high-level partners. As the administrative assistant to the CEO, I was entrusted to maintain the brand's reputation in its global community.
